The Periodic Table of Cheese is a democratically crowd-sourced Periodic Table, with cheese 'elements' arranged by:

  • Complexity - left to right, the X Axis
  • Density - top to bottom, the Y Axis

The table was created, expanded and refactored at multiple events in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK across 2014.
